Ashish Bahl

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

As Chairman and CEO of Acculynk, Ashish Bahl sets the company’s strategic direction and is responsible for P&L. Prior to joining Acculynk, Mr. Bahl founded Harbor Payments, Inc. in 2000 and served as the CEO until the company was purchased by American Express in December 2006, when he became the Senior Vice President of the EReceivables Business unit. Harbor Payments was the recognized global leader in the emerging electronic invoicing industry, and rated as one of the fastest growing technology firms by Deloitte in 2005.

Prior to founding Harbor Payments, Mr. Bahl was formerly at iXL where he was a Senior Vice President of iXL Ventures and the founder of iXL’s Financial Services Practice Group (FSPG). The FSPG provided strategic and technology services to major financial institutions seeking to leverage the Internet for business advantage. Mr. Bahl grew the practice to the largest industry component within iXL, accounting for approximately 33% of the company’s revenue during 1998, the year of its IPO.

Prior to iXL, Mr. Bahl founded and served as the CEO of Exchange Place Solutions (EXPS), a firm focused on providing strategy and technology solutions to financial services institutions. EXPS’ primary competence was within the area of electronic payments, including ACH, Wire, I-ACH, and SWIFT. Exchange Place Solutions was acquired by iXL in 1997.

Mr. Bahl holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. His civic responsibilities include Board positions in Leadership Atlanta, TIE, and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Nandan Sheth

President & Chief Operating Officer

Nandan Sheth serves as President and COO of Acculynk. Mr. Sheth’s responsibilities cover corporate development, business development, alliances, product strategy and operations. Before joining Acculynk, Mr. Sheth co-founded Harbor Payments where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Harbor Payments was sold to American Express in December 2006 where Mr. Sheth served as a Vice President & General Manager within the Global Commercial Card group.

Prior to Harbor Payments, Mr. Sheth started a payment technology company which served the credit and receivables industry. Mr. Sheth has also worked at major banks, professional service firms and Fortune 1000 corporations across North America and Europe. Mr. Sheth has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, AT&T, IBM and has worked with clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, HSBC, LloydsTSB and National Westminster Bank.

Mr. Sheth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Computing Science from City University (London, UK) as well as an MBA from Cass Business School (London, UK).

Judi Vitale

Chief Financial Officer

Judi Vitale has over 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership, working with companies ranging from $1m to $400m, both private and public. Judi has moderated technology and leadership panels and has served as a judge in business launch competitions in Metro Atlanta. Judi founded Vitale CFO to provide CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses. She has been the CFO of numerous early and growth stage businesses, working heavily in technology, manufacturing, services, and healthcare. Judi has provided leadership and financial expertise in internal controls, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Previously, Judi’s experience includes CFO and CAO roles with two high technology software companies, both public companies, and a partner role with a consulting firm.

Judi serves as Chair on the Board of Directors of Women in Technology, the premiere Atlanta society advancing the careers of women in technology, and on the Board of Directors of the WIT Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Women in Technology, dedicated to bringing along the next generation of Women in Technology. Judi sits on the Board of Directors of TechBridge, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Startup Chicks. She is a member of the Technology Executive Roundtable, Atlanta CEO Council, and Georgia CXO Forum, and was Turknett’s Character Leadership Award nominee. Judi graduated summa cum laude from Shorter College with a B.S. in Management.

John Chandy

Chief Technology Officer

John Chandy brings over 15 years of experience building financial transaction systems to PayLeap. Prior to joining PayLeap, John worked as the VP of Software Development at FTRANS Corp, where he was responsible for building their B2B platform and their commercial lending platform for banks. While at Opus Software, John worked on multiple financial application development projects such as Western Union’s Web-enabled money transfer system, Delos Payment Systems’ (now CoreCard Software) fraud detection and collection system, PaySys’s online credit decision management system, Trendis a business intelligence solution for banks, and TradeNow, an internet based stock trading system. In addition, John has worked on ATM switch implementation and customization for ICICI Bank, Robertson Bank, and HDFC Bank (India). John earned a B.S in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pune (India).

Mike DiTano

General Manager, Municipal Solutions

Michael DiTano is responsible for directing and managing the Municipal Solutions business unit within Acculynk. Within this business, Mike has directed the growth of the Company’s municipal business segment, successfully guiding sizable, cross-functional teams in the implementation, design, re-design, and launch of leading-edge technology solutions into this segment - driving aggressive sales.

In his previous 20 years, he has had positions as Executive Director of Contract Negotiations with the largest local union within the United Food & Commercial Workers national framework in the United States; Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Growth; Director of Distribution; and Vice President, General Counsel for various international companies.
