Atlanta, GA, September 9, 2015 — Acculynk, a leading technology driven payment processor, has completed its implementation and “gone-live” with the City of College Park. Acculynk was awarded the contract in late June with the intent to deliver a unique and multi-channel solution that facilitates the payment of utility bills for the citizens of College Park. After conducting an extensive evaluation with many other providers in the sector, including the incumbent, College Park selected Acculynk based on its differentiated value proposition and ability to help underbanked and unbanked residents conduct electronic payments.
Acculynk’s omni-channel solution includes mobile, Web and IVR. These channels will uniquely support Acculynk’s internet PIN debit solution – PaySecure®, as well as credit card, signature debit, PINless debit, government issued debit cards, pre-paid cards, and ACH (e-check). Specifically, Acculynk’s PaySecure® solution permits PIN enabled debit card users to enter their PIN for e- and m- commerce, ensuring a second layer of authentication and a more secure transaction.
