Atlanta, GA, March 20, 2015 — Acculynk, the provider of PaySecure®, a unique authentication and gateway platform, launches a service that helps merchants, issuers, networks and third party mobile wallet providers secure card-not-present EMV/NFC transactions.
In partnership with some major payment networks, Acculynk's new EMV/NFC compliant service allows card holders to benefit from the same level of security as they expect at the point of sale. By leveraging the EMV PIN, Acculynk has created the first true omni-channel (mPOS, Kiosk, IVR, CSR, Website on PC, mobile Web, and native mobile app) user experience. Once PaySecure® is integrated within the merchant checkout, both debit and credit cards can be authenticated for the purpose of approving a transaction.
"There is a significant void in the market, creating an opportunity to deliver a simple and familiar authentication platform for CNP EMV cards from an independent provider like Acculynk. Our technology works on both HCE and embedded secure element platforms allowing for the greatest penetration," said Ashish Bahl, CEO and Chairman of Acculynk. "Rather than reinventing the industry, we have worked closely with strategic partners to design a set of out-of-band services that leverage the existing EMV, NFC, encryption and tokenization standards. Any issuer that supports NFC, can leverage our solution without change."
With the PaySecure® solution, merchants can authenticate card holders using a mobile session that leverages our virtual PIN pad on the mobile form factor. PaySecure becomes the merchant's POS terminal in the cloud.
"Our new solution allows merchants and issuers to provide an Omni-channel user experience for card holders while conforming to the same security standards as those that exist at the POS. Global response to our prototype is very strong." said Ashish Bahl, CEO and Chairman of Acculynk.
